So turned my computer on and the screen is flickering, there has been no updates to my knowledge to cause this, especially driver updates to the graphics card. I've uninstalled the graphics card and it is normal, but everything is big (as to be expected) im on a Samsung Ativ Tab 7. And there is another operating system installed that is android and it has no problems at all. I can't find a solution i have completely re installed windows and removed the android partition but still nothing. I have used both the Samsung verision of the driver and the generic Intel but no luck.
Any help, would be much apreciated
thanks
Bensley

Hello Bensley,
As you mentioned, your device does not support this operating system. The scenario you are reporting is expected due to the compatibility with the operating system, you may try installing other drivers for Intel® HD Graphics 4000, but if the issue persists I recommend rolling back to the fully supported operating system which is Windows 8. I checked the manual for your device, and this recommends to use your computer with the original factory OS.
See here for the manual; http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201412/20141209165840939/Win8_Manual_ENG.pdf http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201412/20141209165840939/Win8_Manual_ENG.pdf .
Find here the latest drivers for Intel® HD Graphics; https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81499/Intel-HD-Graphics-4000 Downloads for Intel® HD Graphics 4000

I understand, you can always give it a try with one of the drivers mentioned in the previous input, for example; https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25977/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-33-?product=81499 Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.33]. Use this method for the installation; http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows... .
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Amy.

The driver mentioned above is that latest available from our end for this graphics controller, this driver is compatible with Windows® 10,8.1 and 7. The method mentioned before ensures the installation of the driver.
Since you already tried our driver but the issue persists the best thing is to get in contact with your computer manufacturer. It is possible that they are aware of the situation, and can provide more drivers and troubleshooting steps in order to address this matter.

Amy.
