Dwonload SDK serial number problem

Hello. I am trying to download the SDK for RealSense F200. From this page, https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-realsense-sdk Overview of Intel® RealSense™ SDK | Intel® Software I click to download product, where it prompts for the RealSense serial number. I put it, but it says that it's in the wrong format. Apparently the format must by XXXX-YYYYYYYY. However, my serial number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. What should I do?

Usually when you complete the registration process of your personal details such as name and address and you are ready to start the download, it gives you a 12 character long registration code.

You should get this page when you complete the registration form.
