Hi all,

I would like to check my CPU Warranty, but FPO isn't recognised, and I can't find QR code or Bar Code...

FPO seems to be L530 8orB 284

I let a pic from it here.

Thanks for your help

Hello Pierre31,

Have you tried adding the ATPO Serial number? Try one more time in the Online Service Center which you can find here; https://supporttickets.intel.com/ics_cx_warranty_information https://supporttickets.intel.com/ics_cx_warranty_information, this time add the FPO number and ATPO number.

Use this guide to find the ATPO number for your processor model; http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/processors/000005609.html Where Can I Find Intel® Boxed Processors and Fan Part Numbers?. The FPO number on the processor should match the FPO number that comes within the box.

Regards,

Amy.

/thread/111035 Pierre31 I have checked that information in our database, and the results were that the processor is not showing there. Normally, when this happens is because the processor is a tray unit or counterfeit unit. Where did you purchase it? Do you still have the box?

Regards,

Amy.

I didn't purchase it because of your answer. It was in french classifieds.
