Масштабирование изображения экрана

Почему каждый раз при смене разрешения экрана на меньшее необходимо заново выбирать "масштабировать". Эта настройка не сохраняется раз и навсегда.

Из-за этого получается, что моя игра, которая имеет разрешение экрана 800х600 показывается в маленьком квадрате в центре монитора. Карта Intel Graphics 4600
