Wireless-N 7260 extremely slow

I've got a Lenovo Flex 15 with a wireless-n 7260 running Windows 8.1. My download speed never exceeds 12-13mbit whereas the other two laptops in this same room get speeds of 22mbit every time. Windows gave me 16.6.2.1 and I just updated today to 16.10.0.5 and the problem persists with both driver versions, download speed no matter what can't get past 13mbit. Any ideas, this is driving me crazy no matter what I do it's just half the speed of my other devices...

another one that binds to this problem with my dell inspirion, and N7260 intel dual band wifi, and bug the weak signal and very slow. With Windows 8.1 ... Oh no solution yet? Or there is this failure to keep waiting ... Regards

I will report your findings with the latest driver version even though the internet speed test is not considered the best way to test throughput issues.
