Intel Centrino 6230, 6235 white papers

Hello. I need white papers and architectural guides for Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230, 6235 adapters. I'm developing a driver for hypervisor working with these devices. It's a pity, but I could not find such documentation for these adapters. Could anyone help me, please?

It's a bit strange, because I found a lot of similar documents but for other adapters.. For example: these documents for network adapters: https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/search.html?keyword=dma+intel+ethernet Search Results And each of those adapters has a very good, detailed datasheet.

Well, anyway, negative answer is rather better, than nothing. Thank you very much for your answer! :)
