Upgrade my Intel (R) family graphics HD card

Hello. I have the graphic card named in the title of this thread, and I used the whole yesterday evening trying to find an upgrade for this graphic card. The last update was in 2010. Is this the latest? I would be greatfull if someone could locate the correct driver to download for me.
