Regarding failed service: did you catch the brand new version?

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Update-Utility What's new in version 2.8 .1(2.8.1.9)?

  • Improved driver version detection
  • Bug fixes

Otherwise get drivers from this list:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/de/product/75459/Intel-Core-i5-4200U-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-2-60-GHz- Downloads für Intel® Core™ i5-4200U Prozessor (3 MB Cache, bis zu 2,60 GHz)

Hello zakwan,

I understand you are trying to update Intel graphics driver on your computer.

Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.

In order to help you better I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Please attach to this thread the .txt file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

What is the issue you are having with your computer that is making you update drivers?

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.

Regards,

Hello zakwan,

Thanks for the information you sent to me.

Bear in mind that the Intel® Driver Update Utility has been mainly designed for Intel motherboards. We cannot guarantee our utility will be able to work fine on every OEM system. We recommend updating drivers using the utility the computer manufacturer has designed for your computer.

We can manually install the generic graphics driver we have on our website. If our generic driver does not work properly I recommend reinstalling the graphics driver ASUS* has validated for your computer. Please download the graphics driver that is on this link https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26544/eng/win64_153633.4578.zip https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26544/eng/win64_153633.4578.zip

Please install the driver with the steps that are on this YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1KzoQDjMMY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1KzoQDjMMY

Let me know if issue persists or not.

Regards,

Fred D.
