I bought this laptop 5 years ago
And recently I read online that the Sandy Bridge processor family has problems, generally since it has worked well, the only problem I've noticed is that despite formatting and installing a clean operating system that gets very hot with the clean fan And the thermal paste changed. I did not do the cleaning myself, it was cleaned in a computer store. My question is if my processor model is one that has gone wrong and what I can do.
This is a screenshot with the temperature of the processor.
That temperature its not normal with out games open or an hard program working.
The motherboard have this chipset HM65.

Hello Rares03,
Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
Please bear in mind that Sandy Bridge processors do not support Windows® 10, please see https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Graphics Products.
Since this operating system is not supported on your system, any error can occur and this will be a compatibility issue.
Now, that temperature that you get is still fine for your system, this processor can work at 100 °C, you can check you processor specifications here:
