MSI Wind U100 - cant deaktivate Monitor for Energysaving (GMA 950)

I have MEDION Akoya Mini / MSI Wind U100 with Windows 7 32bit and everytíme when the monitor is deactivating it goes black, and 1 second after this its normal again and so it doesnt save energy. If I deinstall the Driver and use the standart driver (ugly picture and slow) it works.

Looks like the Driver has problems with the energysave Options of Windows.

I tried to install just the Driver without the Drivermenu but it doesnt helped. Is there something agaisnt this bug?
