Intel DG95RY Motherboard Compatibility with intel pentium dual core e6600 3.06ghz processor spec code: SLGUG

Hello,

I am planning to upgrade my pc with an intel pentium dual core e6600 spec code: slgug 3.06 GHz processor my motherboard is intel DG965RY, i just want to reconfirm the processors compatibility with my motherboard for when i use the compatibility tool it shows 2 results one for the core 2 duo processor and one for the dual core, as i select the dual core the compatibility table shows he result for the core 2 duo although i selected dual core.
