Please provide the computer model number, the processor model and if possible a screenshot or picture of the error message. I am trying to understand this issue but I need more details.
Thanks

It will be important to get the blue screen code without it, this might be the operating system, drivers, memory, heat issues or even hardware causing this issue.
I would recommend checking with Sony for known issues and solutions to this problem.

Hello chinnamanaidu,
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/processors/000005567.html The Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool
you might download the tool from the above link to check whether there is some problem with your processor. If it could pass without problems, then you might troubleshoot other possibly problems, not only software but also hardware. The most likely reason to cause bluescreen suddenly might the wear-out of hard drive or/and memory module(s). Sorry, I could not step into any deeper, anyway, I just wish you good luck!
Best Regards,
Aaron Janagewen
