Hello SmartGamer278:
In order to fix this problem we can try the following, uninstalled the driver that is currently on the PC:
Please get into device manager, then look for "display adapters" select it and then right click on "Intel HD graphics" and select uninstall.
Then we can try to install the driver manually, here you have the instructions:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html
Here is the 45010 driver just in case:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345
If the problem remains after that, then we just need to verify a few details:
What is the model of the board?
What is the model of the processor?
If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?
Any questions, please let me know.

Hello:
Thank you very much to all the peers viewing this thread.
If the problem persists after you tried the steps on this thread, then please submit your inquiry on a new thread, the reason for that is that every scenario is different, even if the same product is being used, so for us to provide assistance on your specific product, please submit a new thread.
Let me apologize for any inconvenience.
To SmartGamer278:
Thank you very much for that information.
Perfect, the driver even if the numbers at the beginning are different, it is the same driver 4501.
So, if the driver got installed, then the graphics on the PC is now 4501.
Any questions, please let me know.
