Here are my computer specs:
Processor: Intel Core i3-4010U CPU @1.70GHz (4 CPUs), ~1.7GHz
Manufacturer Make: Hewlett-Packard
Manufacturer Model: HP 15 TS Notebook PC
OS revision: Not sure what that is, but I do know that OS means operating System. In that case, it's Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586)

Hello sfogle54,
Thank you for joining the Intel communities.
Based on your processor model the graphics version you have is the Intel® HD Graphics 4400.
You can download the latest driver for your integrated driver here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25860/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen-?product=81497 Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 [15.40][4th Gen]
Best wishes,
Ivan

Unfortunately, that did not work, all I got was a message stating "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer, please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer". The manufacturer in my computer specs says "Intel", but the computer itself is a Hewlett-Packard laptop. I've tried just about every thing that has been recommended to no avail.

Hi, you have to uninstall the existing driver (from HP), reboot and then you will be able to install the Intel supplied driver.

That message indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel graphics drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer; however, you may try forcing the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html How to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 &…
Also, you can try jester1o1 suggestion but if it doesn't work, try my recommendations above.
Note: Once you install the "generic" driver you will overwrite any customizations your system manufacturer made to the driver specific for your system model.
Regards,
Ivan
