I have an all in one lenovo desktop ideacentre AIO700 27ish i700 6700. I am trying to use my built in webcam to video me a short note about myself but can't. I searched my human interface devices under device manager and do not see a device. Help me please.

Hello,
I have same problem. I installed Depth Camera Manager again. But I can´t find program "Welcome to realsense" and dont know how to use this feature in general. Didn´t find any information on web. Can u help me where can I find support?

I tried to install the Intel RealSense Depth Camera Manager but it would not allow me becuase it said the device was not recognized on my computer.
Within two days of my original report my all in one display is completely black. I have attached another display to my all in one computer. Once again the attached display is working however the all in one screen is black.
What now? I am lost.

Tracyv if you still have problems with your system please close all apps and restart your computer, if the problem persists I suggest reinstalling the chipset driver restart your system and the reinstall Intel ME driver from your system manufacturer website.
You should be able to download the drivers for your system at:
