I am trying to upload a photographic plugin to PSCS6 on my Desktop. It is running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.
The plugin from Topaz Labs will not load because my computer is running;
OpenGL 3.1.0 - Build 9.17.10.2932 on Inter(R) HD Graphics 2000 and apparently I need OpenGL 3.2 or later
I have no idea what it is talking about but if someone could tell me how to fix this in simple language I would be most grateful

The Intel® HD 2000 Graphics controller supports up to OpenGL version 3.1. You can try updating the graphics driver to latest version but the OpenGL version will be 3.1 as it is what the controller can support.
Here you have the graphics driver:

If you have problems during the driver installation, try the steps mentioned at this link:

Afraid that has had no effect on the software, it still tells me I need 3.2 or later. Any further suggestions please?

The Graphics Controller you have can support up to 3.1. If you need to use a higher version you will need to change the hardware (processor) to next generation of Intel® HD Graphics that can support up to OpenGL 4.
