60hz refresh rate not showing on my 4k display monitor intel graphics 620

Hi everyone, I'm having a bit of a problem with my intel graphics settings.

I've recently decided to buy a monitor for my razerblade stealth with 4k resolution so I've bought a dell 27 ultra hd 4k monitor to do the job. However, whenever I open up my intel graphics settings, the refresh rate available to choose from is only at 30hz. How do I go about solving it?

As you can see below these are the modes available from my adapter settings:

And this is the refresh rate showing up on my intel graphics settings:

I do know that I need a HDMI 2.0 cable to do the job and I have that cable, so I'm not sure what else could be the problem. If anyone could help or provide assistance, I would very much appreciate it.

Judging from the description at http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&cs=04&l=en&sku=210-ADOF Dell 27 Ultra HD 4K Monitor - P2715Q you need a DisplayPort connection.

Optimal Resolution DP/Mini-DP: 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz

I'm afraid a HDMI-DP adapter will not solve that.

Can you create a "custom resolution"?
