Update: I ran the intel processor diagnostic tool and it fails every time I run it with these results, even in safe mode:

Please take a look at the link above because you will need to adjust some BIOS settings in order to address this problem.

I will update my bios and post a screenshot from XTU with my setting, but It looks like they are at the recommended settings. I looked in the forum you posted and found that most of them had higher values than i have. I have a z97-Pro Wifi AC

here are my current results prior to updating bios because im not at home, just remoting into the system. idle: aprox 65c load aprox 90c
