CPU upgrade

I need to get a little more speed from my processor, just untill I get out of school and can afford to buy a new PC. I have an emachines W3502 3.20 ghz - intel celeron d 352--cedar-mill--socket 775 lga--65nm-- family-f model-6 with MOBO intel-D101GGC- Chipset-ATI- RS400/RC400/RC410

Can anyone recommend a Cpu for my PC? thanks in advance.

D-365 is as high as you can go with major changes. it's a 3.6. when you get into the dual cores they are much more watts you sys is 64 watts . kind of on the low end of sys.
