Can't detect R200. Help!

1month ago, I purchased Realsense R200 and installed R200 Camera Driver(ver. 2.1.24.6664). [ My Computer Spec. / CPU : intel i7-6700 3.40Hz, GPU: Radeon RX480, OS: Windows 10 Home 64bit, RAM 16GB ]

However, Today My computer can't detect R200.

So I tested R200 using notebook. Equally, It can't detect R200.

Finally, after uninstalling R200 Camera Driver and trying to install it again, it failed.

I checked R200 and found that green led was off.

When putting USB cable, green led blink one time.

I attached the picture. ( Red text mean "The installer did not find a RealSense 3D camera on your system. Installation has been closed.")

Can you give a solution?

Hi Joohyun,

Thanks for reaching out.

That's a weird issue, can you try to connect your camera on another USB 3.0 port in your first computer?

Do you know if the issue start when you installed a new program? Or a Windows update?

Can you check if the installation logs were generated? Those are in the following paths:

%temp%\micl_tmp_%username%

%windir%\Temp\micl_tmp_SYSTEM

%windir%\INF\setupapi.*

%TEMP% is typically, "C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp." %windir% is typically "C:\Windows".

Can you shared them to help you more?

We will be waiting for your reply.

Have a nice day.

Regards,

Thanks for reply.

I tried to connect another USB 3.0 port.

um...I didn't installed a new program. Maybe Windows was updated automatically.

Now I can't check installation log and R200 because I'm in different city.

On the 19th, I go home. So I can check installation log on 19th or 20th.

I would thanks it, if you wait.

Thanks again for your reply. Have a nice day.

Hi Joohyun,

Can you share us a picture of your camera?

I have some suggestions that you can try:

1. Run Windows Updates and make sure system is up-to-date.

2. Check OS Build, should match with 14393.576. You can check this by Settings> System> About> OS Build.

3. Make sure that you are using a USB 3.0 cable.

4. Remove all drivers (if installed) related to the Intel RealSense camera, and restart the system.

6. Download and install the latest Intel RealSense Camera driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25044/

We appreciate your patience, and let us know if it works.

Have a nice day.
