What is SR300 Sensors Physical Size in mm?
I need it to calculate a precise FOV using OpenCV calibrationMatrixValues().

Hello Alex,
Thank you for interest in the Intel® RealSense™ Technology.
Unfortunately there is not a document that plainly shows the dimensions of the sensors present in the camera. The following datasheet shows some mechanical drawings https://software.intel.com/sites/default/files/managed/0c/ec/realsense-sr300-product-datasheet-rev-1-0.pdf, and through this link https://software.intel.com/en-us/realsense/sr300camera you can download the 3D CAD model of the camera.
Please let me know if you could extract the information you need from those files.
Regards,
Andres

Hello Andres,
Unfortunately the referenced documents do not contain the SR300 Sensors Physical Size in mm.
I believe that SR300 h/w developers and manufacturing should have that information.
Regards,
Alex

Hello Alex,
I took a quick view with FreeCad at the .step file and unfortunately the file only shows the internals but not the housing (see attachment).
If you wish so I can make a dimensional drawing (mm, inches, rijnlandse voeten, light years or any other dimension *big evil grin*)
PLease, tell me what you need.

Hello Alex,
I'm sorry that you couldn't find anything useful in the documentation provided. Intel's developers' and manufacturing documentation can't be shared at the moment, and it's uncertain if that information will ever be made available.
My suggestion will be to analyze the 3D CAD files provided in the first reply or accept Catweazlemagic assistance and obtain the desired values from the dimensional drawing.
Regards,
Andres
