Hello rokerz.first,
I understand graphics driver crashes while playing Dota 2.
Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.
In order to help you better I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Please attach to this thread the .txt file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.
Regards,
Fred D.

Hello rokerz.first,
Thanks for the information you sent to me.
I would like you to try manually installing the following graphics driver https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26813/eng/win64_153345.4653.zip https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26813/eng/win64_153345.4653.zip
As soon as the driver has been downloaded install the driver with the steps that are on this YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1KzoQDjMMY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1KzoQDjMMY
Let me know if you get or not the exact same issue.

Hello rokerz.first,
Thanks for the additional details you sent to me.
Something I noticed is that Acer* does not provide Windows 7* drivers for that specific computer model. The computer might not work correctly if an unsupported operating system is being used due to the lack of compatible drivers. If possible try reinstalling the operating system that came with the computer using the Acer* recovery discs. This link will show you how to get them https://us-store.acer.com/erecovery/rcd/ https://us-store.acer.com/erecovery/rcd/
If issue persists even with the operating system that came with the computer then the issue might be hardware related.
Regards,
Fred D.
