t_urist: I just received some updates on this subject and Platform ID 2000 means that the system was enrolled with absolute service. Someone, maybe the place of purchase, enrolled the system using a specific email address and password to recover.
Absolute, should help if you know credentials used to enroll the system. If not then to get in contact with the place of purchase will be the next thing to do.
As an alternative, you can always try selecting option 1 and password 12345678. Some service providers used to enrolled systems with that password.
I hope that information was useful for you, because that is the best thing we can do from our end.
Any questions, please let me know.

It is not that you have mcafee installed, but that mcafee owns this product now. Or did own it.
So, contact McAfee.
