can not update graphics card due to 99% of my computer characters are invisible

My bosses computer had a WIndows update (**** windows updates). 95% of the downloaded software, downloaded apps, anything on the computer including shortcuts and in sofrware text is invisible. so i can not auto update (once the .exe runs the text is invisible)nor find out what graphics card is in this tower. need help in a bad way lol. update in the last 2 seconds, can not open snipping tool to show issue nor can i open some software.

You have other problems. You did not provide any information about the OS, Processor, Graphics, or any other information about the computer. Try a repair or recovery option, which depends on your version of Windows.

Your best support (right now) is from Microsoft. Contact them, get your system back to where it was before the windows updates, then take a look at what occurred. If the problem is related to Intel graphics, give us a call.
