Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 Floorplan

Hi,

I need details about the Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 floorplan which should contain the block diagram along with their area.

Where can I obtain such information from the Intel site? I have so far been unable to get any such details.

The floorplan details will be fed to a temperature and power monitoring tool called HotSpot for obtaining the thermal details on execution of a process.

This is needed for my project. Kindly help.

If the info that you are looking for is not located there, then you need to contact a Field Application Engineer (FAE).

You can find a Field Application Engineer (FAE) by contacting any of the local Authorized Intel® Distributors and asking them to put you in contact with a FAE. They will be able to provide you that information but you might need to sing a non-disclosure agreement.
