L5640 different models

Is there a document that lists the differences between the various models of the Xeon L5640 CPU? I had a problem where I added a L5640 model 2C to an existing cluster and was unable to vmotion between that server and the rest of the cluster.

According to the following website, there is only one processor stepping, which is SLBV8

This means that there is only one processor version for this model. Please check this link:
