Merci

Hello Tsatogua:
According to MSI's web site, the latest BIOS is version C.7, is that the one you tried?
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H170-GAMING-M3.html# support_download https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H170-GAMING-M3.html# support_download
Did you test the PC with just one memory stick?
Did you install the drivers from MSI?
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H170-GAMING-M3.html# down-driver https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H170-GAMING-M3.html# down-driver
We do have a tool to test the processor, let me give you the link so you can install it, second option to the left:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool
If the processor passed the test, then it should be fine, also please reset the BIOS to defaults.
Also, do you have the option to swap parts and maybe test the processor on a different board, or your board with a different processor?
Any questions, please let me know.

Hello Tsatogua:
I just wanted to check if the information posted previously was useful for you, and if the problem with the processor got fixed or if it still persists?
Any questions, please let me know.

Hello Alberto
J'attends
Merci

Hello Tsatogua:
Thank you very much for that information.
Perfect, to take the PC to the depot is a good thing to do, in order to find out if the problem is the processor or the board.
After trying the steps above, what we recommend to do next if you have the option of course, is to swap parts, and try to test the processor on a different motherboard, or test your motherboard with a different processor.
Since you took the PC to the depot they should be able to let you know the rason for his issue.
If by any chance the problem is because of the processor, remember that it has 3 years of warranty, and in that case you can check with the place of purchase to verify if they can replace it, or we can always do that for you.
If you are interested in the replacement, please get in contact directly with us through chat, email, phone or online support, you just need to select processor on product type and you will get those options:

Any questions, please let me know.
