cant connect

hello i cannot connect to hub with client

both machines are on the same subnet, i've turned off all firewalls, both machines are running win10 pro on a domain. machines can ping each others. PIN and Shared Key is double checked ok. Don't know what versions im using as there is not version or client config buttons??? New installation.

Can you please provide the following information to better assist you?

 

 

For both client and hub:
  • Sku:
  • The brand & model number of the device:
  • BIOS version

 

In addition, what is the Intel Unite version that you are running in the hub:

 

 

When you open the app, there is a settings icon on the lower left corner of the window, from there you can see if you are using the Enterprise or the Standalone/Small Business configuration.

 

You can also check the version that you have through Programs and Features"
