Hello,
I want to upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit OS. My first stop was here.
I have an Intel core 2 duo E6850 -3 GHz, 4MB l2 Cache, 1333 MHz processor.
Will this processor work with a 64 bit Win OS?

Also because you might ask, I also have an ASUS # P5K-E/WIFI-APCH1-11 mother board, running XP and hopefully going to win 7.
