Hello, Shafiu:
Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.
While using OEM systems like yours, the recommendation is to download and install the drivers from your computer's manufacturer website.
This is to avoid loosing any special features or settings while using the generic drivers from Intel.
The first option to test would be the OEM drivers; however you have other two options (please take into consideration what was mentioned previously).
The second option would be Intel's generic drivers for Intel® HD Graphics 4400: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25489/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen- Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 [15.40][4th Gen]
The third option is to get the default drivers from Windows 10*, you can get them after uninstalling the driver currently been used and rebooting your system, after that restart, Windows 10* would automatically install it.
Another recommendation would be to make sure all Windows updates are installed and Chipset driver is installed as well.
Additionally, it would be helpful to find out what is the source of the issue, is this happening with a single game?, have you checked if that game has updates? have you checked in the game's forum support to find possible scenarios that are like yours?
I am adding this video that is related to Intel® HD Graphics 4400, it has an specific error message, it could be yours and maybe it could help with the issue.

Please note that this video is just a suggestion as a possible solution but I cannot assure it is going to work.
I look forward to your outcome with this.
Regards,
Esteban C

No it still has the same problems .
First Option : i have no idea on how to test OEM drivers
Second Option : I tried installing The new driver but cannot update ( current driver version 10.18.15.4256 )
third Option : tried it too , launched a game still rashes around 15-20mins
i Installed all windows update and chipsets driver .
and it does not happen on a single game all graphic demanding games like far cry black ops etc crashes (note : i played these games without any crashes when i bough the lapto it was windows 8 tho , played for long hours 4-5 without any crashes )
and lastly that video did not help either , tried it still crashes
