I have a problem about my wireless card.I have a intel 7260 hmw an half mini pci-e wireless card. It's wireless function is working but bluetooth function is not. When i look at device manager i see error code 43.I changed bios settings for it to work but it has no effect. İnstalling bluetooth driver too doesn't affecting. What should i do for make it work ? The card is plugged into ASUS x552cl-sx029h notebook.BIOS is AMI.I use the latest bios also im using latest ME Firmware.

Also when i look at my ME Firmware settings with FITC i see a option that is"WLAN Power Well Config" and it's set to 0x85 can it be the reason of bluetooth problem ?

Temroa,

Error code 43 is a Device Manager error that means Windows* has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Microsoft* has a forum related to error code 43, click on this link to access this information: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc725873(v=ws.10).aspx Code 43: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems

Is this wireless card the original one that came installed in your computer when you bought it?

Was there any other Bluetooth installed?

What is your current OS?

temroa,

Intel does not support integrations which is when the original card is replaced for another one. Please check these links for further information on this matter: http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/cs-011644.htm Intel® Wi-Fi Products — Regulatory Information Regarding Hardware Installation or Upgrade and http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/CS-031167.htm Intel® Wi-Fi Products — Why Doesn't My Laptop Recognize My New Intel Wireless Adapter? - It may be also that this wireless card does not meet the requirements of your system and your computer manufacturer must be consulted so you can check if they have any updates and/or instructions that my help you resolves this issue.

On our best effort to help you with this, some customers found a solution in this thread: look for post number 50.

Please understand that their solution is NEITHER endorsed NOR approved by Intel and if you decide to use their solution, it will be at your own risk as it may damage the card and there is no guarantee that it may work for you as well.
