Hello RodrigoCC,
In this case I would like to check some more information about your system so can you please post your dxdiag report here?
You can get the dxdiag report by doing this:Type "dxdiag" in the start menu>Right clickand Open> Save All Information> and sent us that file, can you also sent your system configuration Click Start> Type System Information> Click File> Export> Save File> and sent that file.

Rodrigo, I would recommend to install the latest version of the Graphics Driver which according to your system information it would the at the following link https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/25232/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64bit?httpDown=https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25232/eng/win64_153624.zip win64_153624.zip, I would also recommend performing a manual installation for the driver. Here are the instructions for the Manual Installation http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033916.htm Desktop graphics drivers — How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows 8.1*
Let me know your findings.
Regards,
Amy.

I understand but in this case the official procedure from our end would be reinstalling the proper drivers since you already have them up to date, I would recommend to contact the computer manufacturer in order to find if they have customized drivers for this graphics controller.
For further information you can check the following link http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-009483.htm Graphics Drivers — Errors Reported By Microsoft*.

Amy.
