IPDT , IMC would not run and failed, so found how to allow IMC to run successfully

THIS PROBABLY WON'T WORK FOR EVERYONE!

Have been running IPDT out of curiosity, my desktop does not have any problems. Program ran previously with all tests passed, Updated IPDT and had IMC test fail, tried old program and IMC failed there too. Memory tests show no problems. So this is just my observation that may help others.

Here is my machine, Alienware Area 51 original, not overclocked, running Windows 7 SP1 64-bit.

When the IMC test tries to run it fails and there is nothing in the log, the IMC section is missing.

So tried many things, but eventually found that running IMC.exe, dated 10/4/2018, in Windows 7 compatibility mode, allowed the exe to run and pass all tests.
