Hello Ivan,
Thank you for interest in the Intel® RealSense™ Technology.
I understand that you are experiencing issues related to the installation process. Could you tell me if it is related to the Depth Camera Manager installation? Also, does the camera appears in the Device Manager? If it does, please send a screenshot of the entries that appear in the Device Manager.
Thank you for sending one of the installation logs. Please collect all the installation logs (from the DCM installation) from these directories and send them to us, they could provide additional information that may help us solve the issue:
• %temp%\micl_tmp_%username%
• %windir%\Temp\micl_tmp_SYSTEM
• %windir%\INF\setupapi.*
%temp% is typically, "C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp."
%windir% is typically "C:\Windows".
Also, make sure that you are not using any kind of USB Hub (not even a USB 3.0 Hub) since those are not compatible with the camera.
Regards,
Andres

Hello Ivan,
I'll like to know if you had the chance to collect the installation logs.
In case you did, we would highly appreciate if you could sent them to us.
Regards,
Andres
