Hello alex2381,

http://ark.intel.com/products/80807 Intel® Core™ i7-4790K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.40 GHz) Specifications

https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/STRIXR9380DC2OC4GD5GAMING/specifications/ STRIX-R9380-DC2OC-4GD5-GAMING | Graphics Cards | ASUS Global

From the above two links, the support and compatibilities information could be confirmed. First of all, for one thing is the parameters for UEFI/CMOS be configured correctly? Or in other words, has the PCI Express has been enabled, and the default GPU was set to it rather than the integrated GPU?

What about power supply, I mean have you connected all the connectors to the motherboard and display card? If you master in those fields, I think you'd better contact with Intel support for replacement of processors. Anyway, I just wish you good luck!
