I7-2600k locked up to 38x.

I have a 2600k on a ASRock Ext. 4 Z77 MB. It was on a ASUS P8P67 LE before that and I have never lost my OC ability till 2 months ago. Multiplier is limited to 38x, I have no XMP option anymore. And this rig has been water cooled since day 1 so heat isn't an issue. The reason I upgraded the MB was so I could replace my 560Ti 2Gb with a 1060 6Gb. I have an ULTRA 750watt PSU 80+ Bronze, so I got power. Ive reflashed BIOS, tore it all down to clean everything, even repasted my 2600k which is on a Corsair H70 in push-pull. I'm freaking stumped and any new ideas are very welcome.

Thank you,

Brian Lane Carlin.

Win 10 64-bit Insider Preview. Also having to look up everydriver I need individualy.

Testresults.txt is from Intel 64 - bit Diag. Tool.

AIDA64 I generated a full report.

I might have missed something and need another set of eyes to look it over.

Thanks a lot. You are the only person in the forums who responded to me and it means a great deal to me.

I would withhold judgement on my assistance.

I have successfully done it 3 times now. Folks tell me I can't do something, I take it as a challange to do it. My latest was a DELL Insperon 560 E6700 @ 3.2. And it runs faster than when it was new. Working on an Lenovo Ideapad S10-3t next tommorow eve. I should have it up on Win 10. It's all about having the patience to update most drivers manually. Took a day on the 560 to hunt them down. AIDA64 Extreme registered tells you everything. Just want to brighten your day.
