So I want to try my luck and have a replacement for my CPU.
How can I make this happen?

I have received a ton of letters from Intel and DHL.
The returning process looks kinda difficult.
I don't even know, where is the closest DHL office, or can I just bring my parcel to an average post office?
What is Collection date? Will DHL get to me and take the parcel , or I need to take it to them myself?

In this case you will need to wait for instructions from the warranty support, you should receive and email with instructions and how you can send the unit back.

Just wondering if there is a place to sign up for "official updates" on the investigation...
I am also having the same issues with my I7-7700k where temperatures are all over the place and would like to know the current status of your investigation and if there is a resolution yet.

is it possible to get a copy of the results from this internal investigation???
