Are you running Windows 10?
What is the model number of your processor?

Hello Bashir,
Thank you for contacting Intel Communities.
The reason why device manager shows the standard VGA graphics adapter is because you haven't installed the graphics driver, you are using the generic Microsoft drivers.
As Al Hill asked, please provide the operating system and the full model number of the processor so we can help you finding the graphics driver you have to install.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best Regards,
JC
