Change processor

I want to change processor from pentium 4 to core 2 duo

this specs of my computer:

Motherboard:Asterope RC 410 m

Bios :3.5 (2005)

Ram : 3 GB

Processor : Pentium 4 3.06 Ghz (LGA 775)

Can i change my processor?
