I have a Intel Core i7 5820K. I use liquid cooler NZXT Kraken X62.
My regular temperature - 26C. My friend was told me, that low temperature like mine might harm CPU. Is that true?

Thanks for the clarification.
In that case, you should not be worry. Your processor is behaving as expected, 26°C is actually a really good temperature for your unit. Your processor, http://ark.intel.com/products/82932/Intel-Core-i7-5820K-Processor-15M-Cache-up-to-3_60-GHz Intel® Core™ i7-5820K Processor (15M Cache, up to 3.60 GHz) Product Specifications, has a TCASE of 66.8°C and this means that any number under this parameter is completely fine, it will not harm your PC.
Regards,
Amy.
