Hello I am Chinese the development of a mixed reality, we think that RealSense 400 is a very wonderful thing, we really need RealSense 400 to support our development now, how can we get the RealSense 400 Developer Edition

The RealSense 400 development kit is not yet available and there is not a date for its release. I recommend the ZR300 development kit that will be released on 28 February and is available for pre-order now in the Intel online store. It is already used currently in the Project Alloy mixed reality headset. Therefore, if you are basing your purchasing decision on what you have seen Project Alloy do and your mixed-reality project cannot wait for the R400 kit to be released, then the ZR300 kit is a good choice because it is the camera that is in the Alloy headset right now.

Yes, the R400 developer kit has not come out yet, so the ZR300 kit that comes out on 28 Feb is the best choice right now if you want to create mixed reality projects like those on the Project Alloy headset.

The ZR300's store listing says "greater than 3.5 m indoor range and longer range outdoors".

The data sheet lists that the maximum resolution of the RGB color cam is 1920 x 1080.
