Hello

I Have a ASROCH H61M-GE with a intel G2030 Processor and 2 x 4Gb ddr3 - 1333 memorie.I Cannot intall intel hd graphics.With the CD intalation the driver tell me

that the system don't have minimun requirements. With the drivers of the asrock site they install but when windows boot go to Black screen and freeze the pc.

This happens with all windows SO (XP,win7,win8 and win10 ).The asrock support don't solve me the problem. May you please give me any idea about this ?

Best regards

Hello LHestudio,

Thank you for contacting the Intel community.

Try to install the latest graphics driver from the Intel website, you can download it here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25977/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-33-?v=t https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25977/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-33-?v=t

If you get an error installing this driver, then install it manually, please check how to http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1*

I hope this can help.

Best regards,

Ivan.

Hello Ivan

unfortenatel the problem it's the same.

I need to deactivate the driver for work.

I'm thinking if the problem is because i have a PSU with 300W

What's your opinion ?

Are you using a video card as well? If so, remember that depends on the motherboard you will need to use the graphics card or the onboard video, in some cases you will need more power to run all your system configuration.

If you have a different power supply that you can test that will be good idea.
