Hello. I have a problem with the installation of the driver for the HD 610 (G4560). In the last driver 154514.4590 I can not find the driver for it. There are only 510,515,520,530,535, 540, 550 and 555. Windows 7 without SP.

Dear Alberto,

That's what driver (4590) I was writing. Windows 7 does't see .inf for HD610, sees max HD555. Today I installed Windows 10 and system easily install this driver. So in my opinion the problem is in the driver. Can you improve the driver to work with Windows 7?

Hello blazej_b:

Thank you very much for providing that information, and let me apologize that I gave you the wrong driver, you are absolutely right, Windows ® 7 supports up to Intel® Iris Pro Graphics P580, as we can confirm on the following link:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html

Let me apologize for any inconvenience.

As you mentioned, the thing is that basically the Intel® HD Graphics 610 controller is just not supported by Windows® 7, is just not compatible with it, so, to be honest with you and in order not to give you false expectations, it is very unlikely that there will be an improvement on it to make it work with Windows® 7, the driver was released to work only with Windows® 10 when you use a 7th generation processor such as G4560.

Additionally if you use a 6th generation processor then the driver will work with Windows® 7 and you will be able to install it.

In this case what we would recommend is to keep using Windows® 10 with this processor, so you can get the full potential of it and take advantage of all the features.

Once again, let me apologize for any misinformation.

Any questions, please let me know.

Regards

Alberto

Hi

I just build up my second G4560, on the first one I use Windows 10 and there was not a problem installing Intel HD 610.

But on second, I need Windows 7 x64, and none of the drivers won't install. But, I found a solution, I use Driver Pack Solution:

https://drp.su/en https://drp.su/en

Download the online (small) client, run it and let it scan your computer. It will find that Intel HD 610 driver is missing, select it and install, it downloads, installs and the Intel HD 610 is working on Windows 7!

Hope this helps

Not a problem, if you can, edit question as "Answered".

Intel should resolve this, there are still a lot of people that want or must use Windows 7.
