lga2011 question

I've got a socket 775 water-cooled system where the mobo went bad. Now I'm looking to go with a lga2011 chip but I'd really like to be able to keep my watercool unit. Will the screw holes line up on the new board?

If it's a Cousair the ansewr is yes ,I can't speak to other brands.
