Let me see if I understood your question, you have a laptop and you want to install an Intel® Core™ i7-2860QM Processor?

If that is the case, you need to contact your laptop manufacturer and ask them for a list of fully supported processors for your laptop system, if the Intel® Core™ i7-2860QM Processor is listed as compatible by the compatibility list that they can provide you, then you can install it with no issues, but if this processor is not listed there as supported, it will now work, or it will be running out of specifications.

Remember that the compatibility between Intel processors and any laptop system is to be provided by the laptop manufacturer since they are the ones that determines which laptop systems will support a particular processor.
