I'm using a Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family integrated graphics card, but it seems to function less with the driver provided from Windows 8.1. The driver disables support for OpenGL, which means I can't play games or use utilities that require OpenGL to work. To fix this, I need to install a patched driver in test mode for the card to work properly. I want to install Windows 8.1 knowing that my graphics card is working out of the box.

The Intel support site does not provide driver support for Windows 8.1 on the Mobile Intel 4 Series Chipset.
