Windows 10 scaling problems 4:3 aspect ratio

Hi there Intel,

Since i've updated my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, i've been experiencing scaling problems on 4:3 aspect ratio.

The problem is that in all games (mostly Steam games), i have blackbars, i cannot run a game in 4:3 aspect ratio stretched.

In Windows 8.1 PRO it was flawless, no problems, that was until i've upgraded to Windows 10.

So my question is, do you guys have a fix for that, or a workaround this problem?

It's pretty annoying to play like that.

My graphic cards are IntelHD 4000 and nVIDIA GeForce 640M.

Please leave me a solution for this annoying problem.
