Can't install graphics driver, "operating system not supported"?

I've been trying to update my Intel HD graphics driver for a while now but with no results. Trying to update it via device manager does not work as it says that I have the latest driver.

On the Intel downloads website, I found the correct driver for my OS, yet when I try to update, I get the "operating system not supported" window.

Windows 10 64 bit

Intel HD Graphics 5500

I am downloading the driver from this link -- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25150/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Production-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit Intel® Download Center

I have tried uninstalling the driver manually and then installing the new driver, but when i restart the laptop, the driver installs itself.

I understand Intel engineering team is currently working on new graphics drivers for Windows 10. I still do not have an estimate but they will be posted at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Intel® Download Center

Please review information on post # 93:
