Hello fasj2001,

I do apologize for the delay on my reply.

After an extensive research with the information of your laptop (Medion Akoya P6659 (MD 99869)), I was looking for the drivers of your manufacturer(OEM) and I was unable to find on their website.

In the meantime, you can try to test a manual install of the latest Intel generic driver for your laptop.

Also, please bear in mind, Intel recommends you to install at first the drivers provided by the manufacturer(OEM) of your equipment.

The OEM drivers are created to be compatible with all the settings, and the set of instruction of your computer (More specific, Chipset). They are specially designed to avoid any issue with your system and improve its performance.

Please let me know how it goes the test, in order to further assist you if required.

Best regards,

Angie

Hello fasj2001,

I am really sorry to hear that your issue persists,

At this moment, since our generic drivers did not solve your issue. My recommendation is to contact directly the manufacturer(OEM) of your product.

At the following link, you will be able to get technical assistance from Medion, in regard to your concern:

I found the Soulution by myself.

I found at my Lenovo thinkpad the *.igp Files and search it on my Medion Laptop.

The Dictionary User\name\IntelGraphicsProfiles is missing and needs full rights by the user.

Thanks
