4 Series video distortion

Hey guys I'm trying to fix the video driver for my brother but it keeps giving me the same result. Here is a picture of what happens. It basically shows the image all weird, I tried upgrading the drivers thru the updated but it doesn't work, I have windows 7, video: Mobile Intel(R) 4Series Express Chipset Family

That;s a random video on youtube, look at the title and at the right side of the screen, it's not right.

Any idea how to fix it?

In order to look for the proper driver for the PC we just need to verify a few details: What is the model of the motherboard? What is the model of the processor? If this is a laptop, what is the model of it? Any questions, please let me know. Regards Alberto
